At Nuclear Blast, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your heavy metal gear and collectibles. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the order and items you wish to return, then select your reason for the request.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all vinyl records, apparel, and limited editions are in mint, unworn condition with tags attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
